Recipe Interaction Data
To improve Your recommendations, We track how You interact with recipes:
- Likes and dislikes (swipe interactions)
- Saved recipes and collections
- Recipes You view in detail
This data helps Us learn Your preferences and suggest recipes You might enjoy.
Location Data
We collect approximate location information (country/region) based on Your IP address. This is used to:
- Display appropriate currency and pricing
- Provide localized content and measurements
- Comply with regional legal requirements
We do not collect precise GPS location data.

What You'll Still Receive

You can view Your personal information in the app under Settings → Account.

You may update or correct Your information at any time through Your account settings.
Right to Export (Data Portability)

Right to Deletion
You can delete Your account through Settings → Delete Account in the app, or via our web deletion page. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Note: We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so (e.g., fraud prevention, legal disputes).

Account Deletion
Upon account deletion request, We will delete Your personal data within 30 days. You can request account deletion through Settings > Delete Account in the app.
What Gets Deleted
- • Your profile information (name, email)
- • All saved recipes and collections
- • Meal plans and shopping lists
- • Preferences and dietary information
- • Recipe interactions (likes, saves)
Note: Subscription and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics.
Third-Party Sign-In Services
We offer convenient sign-in options through trusted third-party providers:
Google Sign-In
When You choose to sign in with Google, We receive:
- • Your email address
- • Your name (first and last)
- • Your Google account identifier

Sign in with Apple
When You choose to sign in with Apple, We receive:

AI Services
Recipe text and images may be processed by AI services to provide features like image recognition and recipe customization. This data is used solely for processing and is not retained by AI providers for training.
Cloud Infrastructure
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
